Judge Michael Pastor carried out the sentence for Dr. Conrad Murray to the maximum sentencing of 4 YEARS IN PRISON. Murray will most likely not spend a single day in prison because of a new California law. Murray will serve his time in an L.A. County Jail. Murray will also most likely only serve half of his sentence.
Murray must also pay an $800 fine, a $30 court security fee, and a $40 criminal conviction assessment.
Dr. Conrad Murray has been found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of singer and icon Michael Jackson.
