With cig’s in hand Britney Spears headed into the Beverly Wilshire Hotel with sidekick Alli Sims yesterday! Britney was granted conditional visitation rights to her children and has been ordered to appear at a court hearing on October 26th in person! Britney is also rumored to be heading to Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Centre rehab center  in Antigua!

While Britney Spears waited for her driver to fill up the gas tank at a Shell station in Van Nuys yesterday, Britney grabbed her home-made Madonna Erotica CD and started blasting those hits!

Britney Spears was seen riding in the passanger seat of her black Escalade around 4;30pm today, while an unknown male driver drove her to Starbucks and then to a Shell gas station in Van Nuys. Britney’s SUV was swarmed by paparazzi while Britney waited in the car. Britney also played some CD’s while holding her little doggy on her lap!

Thirty minutes after stomping through a Carls Jr drive-thru., Britney Spears handed over her children to K-Fed’s bodyguard. So why did Britney lose custody you say? L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon ordered Spears to do a number of things in order to maintain 50/50 custody.

Spears was ordered to meet with a drug counselor — Brit-Brit didn’t do it!

Spears was ordered to submit to drug testing — Oops I didn’t do it!

Spears was ordered to enroll in parenting classes — Oops I didn’t do it again!

Spears was also required to sign the judge’s order — I don’t give autographs y’all

Unbelievable! It has happened! An L.A Superior Judge has issued an order today stating that Kevin Federline is to retain physical custody of the minor children on October 3, 2007 by 12:00pm until further order of the court!

The world held it’s breath yesterday as Britney Spears destroyed all hope of keeping her diet by drinking what looked like an 800 calorie frappaccino with whip from a Starbucks in Malibu CA.! Also can you “Believe” that they used what looks like Britney from 1985 in that photo with her new fragrance!

Britney Spears’ former bodyguard Tony Barretto has given a statement to “News Of The World” accusing Britney with some serious allegations. Barretto claims in his statement to News Of The World that he believes Britney was under the influence of drugs and alcohol while with her children.

A Portion of Tony Barretto’s statement according to NewsOfTheWorld.co.uk:

She went on a date with musician Day, 26—who she’d met in rehab—telling her worried protection team she didn’t need them. Tony said: “We did security checks on Howie and told her he was trouble. But she ignored us.”

Hours later hysterical Britney, 25, called aides, claiming Day was refusing to let her leave their hotel room. Tony recalled: “She said she wanted to cancel the tour. She was very confused. We asked her if she was OK and reminded her she had a show to do. Then Howie came on the phone and started arguing with us. We knew we had to get to her fast.”

Tony raced to LA’s plush Mondrian Hotel with another bodyguard and Britney’s best friend and PA Alli Sims. When they got to their room they found the door open and an appalling scene inside.

Tony said: “We could see Britney all red-eyed from crying. Howie was lying in his boxers asleep on the bed. The hotel room was trashed.

“There were half-eaten plates of food everywhere. There were blankets all over the floor, clothes strewn everywhere. The trash was emptied everywhere over the floor.

“The entire place was littered with empty beer bottles and liquor bottles, small glasses of ice and cigarette butts everywhere.

“On the surface of the dresser, I could see mounds of white powder and a straw on top. I suspected it was cocaine or powdered methamphetamines.

“By the side I spotted a glass pipe, which I knew from my drugs training was often used with crystal meth.”

The drug has similar effects to amphetamine and ecstasy. Overdosing can cause heart failure. Tony went on: “I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.

Britney Spears was charged today with one count of hit and run causing property damage and one count of driving without a valid drivers license. The misdemeanor charges carry a maximum of six months in jail. The charges stem from a fender bender she had in a parking lot in August.
