Lindsay Lohan may be sober but that outfit makes her look like a wonky blonde Witch! The kooky dresser was seen being driven around aimlessly in West Hollywood yesterday.
Lindsay Lohan’s car was pulled over near the Santa Monica Police Department after cops were called about a car chase, said Sgt. Shane Talbot. Passengers in a black Cadillac Escalade said they were being chased by a white Denali SUV, driven by Lohan. Police met up with the SUVs in the parking lot of Santa Monica’s Civic Center. Lohan, 21, was taken into custody at 2:15 AM after failing a field sobriety test. A breath test was conducted and her blood alcohol was between .12 percent and .13 percent, Talbot said. California’s legal limit is 0.08 percent. “[Lohan] did not want to do the preliminary alcohol test out that we conduct in the field,” Padilla explained to reporters, “so we did it in jail and that’s where she blew the .12 or .13.” She was was booked on two misdemeanor charges of suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a suspended license and two felony charges of possession of cocaine and transport of a narcotic, Talbot said.
Lohan’s attorney issues statement!
“Addiction is a terrible and vicious disease. Since Lindsay transitioned to outpatient care, she has been monitored on a SCRAM bracelet and tested daily in order to support her sobriety. Throughout this period, I have received timely and accurate reports from the testing companies. Unfortunately, late yesterday I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. The bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care.”
The Game was arrested on suspicion of making criminal threats after police searched his home for more than three hours, authorities said. The arrest was related to an incident that occurred in February, said Officer Martha Garcia, a Los Angeles Police Department spokeswoman. She declined to elaborate.
KABC-TV captured the 27-year-old rapper being driven off in the back of a patrol car as a bystander yelled, “We love you Game, we love you.” The Game stuck his tongue out at the camera and said, “I want to say that I’m not guilty, and I love California.”
The rapper, whose real name is Jayceon Taylor, was booked at the police station, and bail was set at $50,000, according to the county sheriff’s department. It was not immediately known whether the Game had hired an attorney.
He was arrested in November in New York after authorities said he told a cab driver that he was an undercover police officer, persuading him to run a series of red lights.
Lindsay Lohan arrived at Hyde nightclub last night around two in the morning. After an hour of listening to Dj Samantha Ronson’s music, she headed out the back door of Hyde to a waiting SUV. Lindsay jumped into the far rear portion of the vehicle and then so did Ashley Simpson. You could see the bottom of the heels of there shoes as both girls climbed into the far back of the vehicle together. The girls were then driven a few blocks away to Chateau Marmont, were i’m sure they swapped lip syncing war stories all night!
