Miley Cyrus had a big birthday bash at the Beacher’s Madhouse Club at the Roosevelt Hotel last night along with buddy Kelly Osbourne and friends! After Kelly announced that the party had supplied a Bob Marley birthday cake, Miley announced to her guest over an open microphone that  “You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake”. No word if she was just joking?? Happy Birthday Miley!!
