HollyScoop.com is reporting that Misha Barton was arrested for DUI and possession of illegal narcotics at 2:45 am while driving on a suspended drivers license in West Hollywood, CA. Poor Misha better get a pair of those cheap KEDS walking shoes because her butt is gonna be walking now!
