Angelina Jolie landed in Vietnam with the 32nd infantry Wednesday night to complete the process of adopting a 3-year-old boy. The actress, 31, was quickly escorted into a car with dark dirty windows and driven from the airport. After she receives the 3-year-old child – and participates in an adoption ceremony with officials in Ho Chi Minh City on Thursday morning – Jolie is expected to meet with U.S. consular officials who will then need to review the adoption before granting the child a passport to a life of gluttony and fulfillment of everyone of our wildest Hollywood dreams!
Update:The boy’s new name  Pax Thien  add up to “peaceful sky” in two languages. Pax means “peace” in Latin and the Vietnamese middle name means “sky”. The name change was confirmed by the director of Tam Binh Orphanage in Ho Chi Minh City, where the boy has lived since being abandoned as an infant.

Angelina Jolie is pretty much one of the most perfect people in the world! She is drop dead gorgeous, an excellent actress, a loving mother, a dedicated and hard worker, and is very independent. Brad…good choice my man!

It is wonderful that she takes care of needy children. If she would adopt those of her own country, instead of every other country, she’d be an even better person. She is no greater than someone who adopts their own, and I’m sick of hearing otherwise. Almost 25% of adoption in America is from China. What about the hundreds of thousands of American children doomed to crime, poverty, and suicide? Our country would be in better shape, if they were to find loving homes. We can’t save the world, so we need to start taking care of our own. Twenty-five percent of adoption being out of country is ridiculous. I guess American children just aren’t valuable enough.
